Globe Training & Assessing was founded in 2020 by Dan Meason, an industry veteran with over 25 years of hands-on experience in mining and civil operations across Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea.
After more than two decades operating excavators, forklifts, cranes, and heavy machinery on some of the region's most demanding worksites, Dan recognized a gap: too many training providers focused on ticking compliance boxes without building real competence.
Globe was created to change that — delivering training that's practical, relevant, and impactful, built around real equipment, real scenarios, and real-world safety protocols.
